INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer complimentary express DHL international shipping with all Norma and Lili orders. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. From the moment the order leaves our boutique, the following delivery time frames apply:
International Shipping Timeframes:
- ASIA: 2-4 business days
- USA & CANADA: 2-5 business days
- EUROPE: 3-7 business days
- MIDDLE EAST: 3-5 business days
- NEW ZEALAND: 2-3 business days
- SOUTH AMERICA: 4-10 business days
Once orders are processed, your parcel will be delivered within 2-10 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary.
Important Note: Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. Norma and Lili does not ship to P.O. Boxes, and all orders require a signature upon delivery.
Due to customs restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to certain countries, including Russia, India, Brazil, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Iran, Iraq, Africa, and others.
CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us directly at [email protected].
TRACKING QUERIES
To track your order, please email us at [email protected] with your name, contact number, and invoice number. Alternatively, you can track your parcel using the DHL tracking number provided.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel it. If you have additional questions about your order, please contact us directly by email at [email protected].
PACKAGING
All Norma and Lili items are packaged in our signature box before being shipped to you.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Once your order has been received and signed for at the specified shipping address, any liabilities due to loss or damage are not the responsibility of Norma and Lili.
RETURNS
Please note that Norma and Lili do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
In the rare event that an item is deemed faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced, please contact [email protected] for assistance. Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
This policy applies only to orders placed through Norma and Lili.
