At Norma and Lili we are a mother daughter duo driven by a shared love of couture wedding dresses that bring each bride's vision to life.

Her journey of sewing started at the age of 7 with her parents who had a sewing factory and then she continued on in to fashion design after school and went in to the bridal industry.

Our brand is rooted in a deep passion for design and fashion, a love that has been passed down through generations.

With over 50 years of experience Norma has cultivated an exceptional skill set and eye for detail crafting timeless pieces that showcase her expertise. Her unwavering dedication to the art of couture forms not only the backbone of our brand allowing us to create dresses that are not just gowns, but true masterpieces.

As we look to the future, Norma and Lili are evolving into a three-generation business. Lili’s daughter, Tiana, has now joined the team as a junior designer, introducing a fresh perspective while studying for her Bachelor of Fashion Design. Tiana blends contemporary trends with the skilled craftsmanship passed down through the family, dedicated to carrying on the legacy with her own creative flair while upholding the high standards set by her mother and grandmother.
Tiana brings a fresh edge to the business, blending modern trends with the craftsmanship passed down through generations. Tiana has also launched her own line of mini silhouettes, ‘Minis by Tiana’, a fresh range designed by Tiana and made by the team at Norma and Lili. This exciting new collection adds yet another layer of innovation and style to our brand, showcasing Tiana's unique vision and creativity.

Lili, Norma’s daughter, discovered her love for design through the influence of her mother. Growing up surrounded by fabrics, sewing machines and boundless creativity. Lili has blended her mothers decades of experience with her own contemporary flair.

Together we craft each bride's vision into reality harmonising timeless tradition with innovative ideas to create one-of-a-kind gowns.

We believe that each dress should be a true reflection of the bride's personality, telling her story and making her feel confident and beautiful on her special day.
